Reservation Policies
A $200 deposit is required to confirm reservation. All monthly rates are based on 2 adults. There is a $10 per day charge for additional guests. Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month. Rates based on arrival on the 1st of the month, and departure on the 1st of the following month. Additional nights may be added to the month, if available, at a 35% discount off the daily rack rate. Availability is limited. Make your reservations early! While we cannot promise or guarantee room numbers or floors, we will make every effort to accomodate your special requests. Sorry, No Pets!
No Sales Tax on a stay 90 nights or longer!
You MUST stay a minimum of 90 nights to qualify for the Sales Tax Exemption!
Option 1: Pay for your entire 3 month stay in advance, with no additional sales tax charges. An early departure will result in additional sales tax charges if your stay falls short of the 90 night minimum requirement.
Option 2: If you choose to pay the 1st of each month, for 1 month at a time, you will be charged sales tax the first 2 months. When you make your payment for the 3rd month of your stay, all sales taxes paid will be credited to your account, and may be applied to the 3rd month's rent.
